Glades Company Services, previously Glades Corporate Services LLC, was founded in January of 2012. Glades was created with the goal to provide our Clients not only expertise and advice on company matters but also accounting and legal counseling through independent accredited professionals. Glades has developed strategic alliances with accounting firms in order to get for our clients the best advice  before making the decision to form a company.

Glades’ Team Leader and Managing Member is Elena Diaz. She is an Argentinean attorney at law. Elena has practiced her profession in Buenos Aires for more than 25 years. Elena moved to USA in 2003 and she has actively been working since then in Florida. Elena has developed own ventures in which she acquired the knowledge, experience and ability to provide services to assist companies in their formation and registration in the States of Florida, Delaware, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina.

Glades slogan is to let  our Clients feel that we are persons who can be reach personally, by videoconference, email or phone. We are not just a web page who invite clients to LOG IN and let them prepare their own documents without a previous advice and a personal contact.

We want to make it different. We are clearly sure that "person to person" is the better way to communicate and to understand what do you need and what we can provide you.
